The sanctions, which expire on September 15, will be extended for six months.
According to sources, the decision to extend sanctions for six months must be made before September 15, when the deadline for sanctions, without much discussion. The sanctions relate to 146 people and 37 companies from Russia and Ukraine.
“Sanctions affect companies in the Crimea, and the different battalions formed Pro-Russian separatists in Eastern Ukraine and Russian politicians, such as Vice-Premier Dmitry Rogozin and Dmitry Kiselyov, representative of the state media and the presenter, whom many consider the chief propagandist of the Kremlin”, – stated in the message.
