Modernization of infrastructure will dramatically reduce the costs of the economy and the expenses of citizens and creating a huge domestic demand, efficiently improve the business climate and increase of labor motivation of people. But most importantly it will provide the freedom, because freedom is precisely the excess infrastructure. For the success of modernization will have to separate the speculative capital from the rest of the economy, to limit corruption and arbitrariness of monopolies, to impose reasonable European protectionism, to protect the business from the administrative terror, to ensure the right of Russian citizens to life, to bring education and health care function of building up the nation, rather than its plunder. Even the beginning of the movement this way will transform Russia in the first year.
