The group reports that the attack boats can be used for routine patrolling, sabotage and counter-sabotage operations in the coastal zone, transport of personnel assault groups, fire support and landing on unequipped coast.
BK-10 effecive in the fight against terrorists, and in medical evacuation and assistance in distress.
The boat picks up speed to 40 knots and cruising range is 400 miles. The crew of the boat – two person, and full occupancy is ten people. The boat is capable of carrying 3.5 tonnes with draft of 0.6 meters. Armament is machine guns of 7.62 mm and 12.7 mm or 40mm grenade launcher.
