According to the scenario of the experiment, one member of the crew, allegedly accidentally dropped the wallet in the middle of a busy street in the city of Lutsk in Western Ukraine. The meaning of the message is so obvious that needs no further interpretation. Briefly he fits into the scheme: in Russia people voracity and boorish, Ukraine – conscientious and responsive. Steal everywhere. In villages, settlements, small towns and large Metropolitan areas. In transport, in queues, in theatres, in medical and educational institutions. Steal the government, officials of various level, stealing a policeman at my post, stealing the doctor, the Hippocratic oath, stealing a school teacher and University lecturer, steals a cashier in a supermarket, salesman in the market, a hairdresser in the salon, the driver of the bus, the conductor in the tram, working at the factory, the farmer at the farm. From cleaners to the chief of state, in our country historically did and always do. However, it’s not called “stolen” and “taken.” Anyone who has the opportunity to “bring” anything, to shortchange, to give short weight, to take charge of the “special” attitude, that “right” is. This plant is rooted from the Soviet era, when the workers dragged home made products changing, the doctors took hospital alcohol and drugs, and the sellers took the products from the shops. And theft it was not considered. It was the established order of things. But, apparently, in a different way in our country the population was not to survive. And integrated into the daily habit mentality to misappropriate. Saying “our country” should include Russia and Ukraine, due to the long history of our peoples brought us together in the bonds of kindred brotherhood, especially in terms of what is flawed. The mentality of people in the post-Soviet space in common, and long will remain so. It turns out that almost everyone at least once in the last few troubled years it was stolen. To protect yourself from this is impossible. Steal everywhere, but mostly in disadvantaged countries. Ukraine today is experiencing the most difficult period in the history of its independent existence. Stealing has become an integral part of our being. Against this background, to belittle him, referring to the movie, filmed in the city of Lutsk, would be absurd.
