The revenue of LLC “Apple Rus”, which is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. in Russia, in 2015 amounted to 74.5 billion rubles, reports “Interfax”.
It is noted that the index declined by 22.4% in comparison with 2014. The profit of the Russian “daughter” of sales increased to 3.1 billion rubles (more than double compared to 2014). The net profit, in turn, amounted to 7.2 million rubles, while in 2014 this figure was much higher — 1.3 billion rubles.
The publication also suggested that Russia could come to 0.5% of sales of the Corporation.
Earlier it became known that Apple had sold a billion iPhone / smartphone.
