The football Association of England found a new coach for the national team.
Changer: Roy Hodgson appointed 61-year-old Sam Allardyce, who signed a two-year contract. Sunderland for early termination of the contract received from the local football Federation three million pounds.
“I am very honored to lead the national team of England. It is no secret that I’ve always wanted to. For me it is absolutely the best job in English football. I will do everything I can to help the England team to perform well and give our country the success that our fans deserve,” said new England coach.
Allardyce coaching career started in 1991 – “Big Sam” has established itself in the status of crisis specialist, able to achieve results with modest clubs. Under the leadership Allardyce to a new level came out Bolton, Blackburn, West ham, and last season the Briton saved from relegation to championship Sunderland.
In qualification for the 2018 world Cup England will play against Scotland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Malta.
