Litigation between Alla Pugacheva and graduate “American idol” Irson Kudikova lasted for almost a year. It all started with the fact that Irson, which was a joint business with Alla Borisovna (school children’s creative development of the Future Star), took the singer under the bill, a loan of 7 million roubles and 200 thousand dollars. To promptly return the money Irson are unable, and its debt increased because of interest. In September last year, the court ordered the 33-year-old Kudikova to pay Pugacheva debt in the amount of 26 million rubles.
To return Pugacheva money, Kulikovoj had to go to extreme measures: the artist in debt gave Alla Borisovna his apartment in Moscow, however, even this has not helped her recover the full amount of the loan.
In April Alla filed another lawsuit: the actress demanded that Kudikova gave her back the 50 thousand dollars that she borrowed from her later principal.
It is now known that Alla Pugacheva has withdrawn his claim, thereby forgiving multimillion-dollar debt. This was announced by the publication Life.ru. While the singer has not commented on its decision.
