At least 44 people were killed in explosions in Syria.
Most of these explosions occurred in parts of Syria that are controlled by the government.
According to Syrian state media, at least 35 people were killed in two blasts at the bridge Arjuna at the entrance to the seaside town of Tartus in the North-West of the country.
