It was like this. In the program last may guided tour of ancient Lycia it was written that it will be finished in one of the coastal cities near Antalya, where we and forward to the airfield. So we were totally not prepared for what this city will be the side, or rather its suburbs. And when it turned out that before departure to the airport we have 4 free hours, we were in a difficulty, than to fill them. However, spoiled by an abundance of antiquity in the surrounding area, we decided that we would go somewhere and maybe it’ll stumble. I stumbled literally 200 meters from the hotel. It was a faded poster on a bus stop. And on the poster – five antique columns on the sea and the inscription: old side! And I realized then that the rest I will not, if you do not see this miracle with my own eyes.
Twenty minutes later, we got out of the bus along the ancient walls of the ancient city. And behind the wall ruins, everywhere put look.
But the coveted columns on background of the sea, like sea saw. Not a problem! That is because the scheme carefully for people like us, installed. But again bad luck: there was, the antique objects are registered, but not indicated in the diagram.
