According to the Minister of natural resources and environment, each region will set a single rate, and he (most likely) will be different from the present. The Minister is trying to reassure citizens that the payment of services for garbage collection will not be helluva painful. However, no specific figures are not called. They become known only when each region will have selected your operator that you plan to use for a long time.
It is clear that such company is a natural Klondike and a means of enrichment. If I’m not mistaken, not so long ago on one of the Federal channels was a mammoth film about mafia structures and chaos that is happening in the field of reception and recycling. I do not whether it is preparing for future enhancements?!
However, it is recognized that the chaos and destruction of nature is really the place to be. Hence, measures to restore order? It is necessary, of course. But, at whose expense?
