Before he thought seriously to play sports, but after health has deteriorated, I had to choose – or wrapped in a white blanket and crawl to the cemetery, or begin to recover using a workout. Guess which path he chose.
Yes, recover this man had already in quite an advanced age, and after surgery, removal of the thyroid gland and several small strokes.
It was very difficult, but gradually became easier, the main thing – not to stop. A year later Bernie was able to speak at his first show.
And then there was another and another…
Now 72-year-old pensioner may boast of perfect physical form and perfect health.
He regularly trains and participates in bodybuilding competitions, and simply enjoying life. A cemetery will have to wait.
