Just give up on the simultaneous use of those products, which interact with each other, causing problems with digestion.

Cucumbers and tomatoes

Unfortunately, these two products very often used together, being the basis of most vegetable salads. But remember: they are absolutely not compatible. Cucumbers belong to the alkaline foods, and tomatoes — to acidic. They are differently absorbed by the body, and while the digested cucumbers, tomatoes begin to ferment, leading to bloating.

Omelette with ham and cheese

Another very typical combination is an omelette with ham or bacon, topped with grated cheese.
