The claim from the company “Team-Service”, JSC “Voentorg”, which founder is the military, he enrolled in the Moscow Arbitration court in late September 2016. In a statement, the plaintiff demands to recover from structure of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation 617 million rubles. Last year “Team-Service” already submitted exactly the same claim but on a more considerable amount of 800 million rubles.

However, the case was suspended.

For example, in 2014, checking the dining area of the military unit 01228 MO RF in Kerch revealed that during the cooking instead of the planned layout for the 66 grams of beef in the goulash threw only 47 grams.

The amount of the contracts exceeded 10.5 billion rubles.

The founders of OOO “Kombinat pitaniya “Concord”, according Кartoteka.ru are two companies: LLC “Concord Management and Consulting”, belonging to the violet Prigoginei (according to the media, the mother of Prigogine), and OOO “Concord M”, which is owned by Prigogine himself. “Concord M” – the main supplier of power for the office of the President. Information about “the Concorde” has received contracts from “Voentorg” on the website “public Procurement” no.

In 2011, Mukhina was the head of the firm “Credo”, owned by Eugene Prigogine, and in 2013 she was the head of “Concord M”. The same number appears from OOO “SPb-Cooking” and OOO “mercury” from the list of JSC “Voentorg”.

The materials of the arbitration case №A40-169172/15 on the suit of JSC “Voentorg” to “Restoranservis Plus” they say that OOO is the executor of the contract by more than 1.9 billion rubles, concluded on 19 November 2012 with “Catering”. According to the database “Loop.Focus”, “Catering” belongs to Paul Arnold. Also he, along with entrepreneur Alla Petrova is the founder of the JSC “food service” and ZAO “Letter”. Alla Petrova, in turn, owns the company “ITC” from the list of JSC “Voentorg”. However, neither one of the bases of legal entities or registry of state contracts is not indicated that LLC “ITC” concluded state contracts.

Earlier the lawyer of Fund of struggle against corruption (FBK) Love Sable published scheme, in which he described the interaction of companies in the business Empire Eugene Prigogine. According to her, services of catering are engaged in seven companies associated with the businessman. The name of one of them remained a secret.

It is not excluded that the company “Staff Service” is precisely the mysterious firm. According to the database “Kartoteka.ru” OOO “Team-service” registered in St.-Petersburg at the address: 17-ya Liniya Vasilievsky island. The founder and Director of the company is Valeriy Chekalov. The phone number specified in the database matches the phone of the head office of the group of companies “Concord”.

In this earlier “Team-service” was registered at the address: Quay of Lieutenant Schmidt, 7B. At the same address, according to the “Kartoteka.ru”, was registered by LLC “Plant food “CONCORD”, LLC “Concord Management and Innovation”, LLC “Eliseevsky Shop”. All of these companies affiliated with businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin. Moreover, in arbitration courts of the interests of all seven companies, including OOO “Team-Service”, is the same lawyer.
