Wimbledon: Djokovic and Federer overcame the starting round

Reigning Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic in the opening match two hours to beat James ward. The most difficult for the Serb was the second Seth – ward, yielding 1:3, did a back break and missed three hidden set-bol. In the second round Djokovic will play against Frenchman Adrian Mannarino.

Roger Federer just one break beat 52nd ranked Guido Pella. The Swiss on his serve and never allowed the opponent to break points. For an exit in the next round Federer will compete with the sensational Brit Marcus Willis, who is in the ATP ranking 772-th position.

In three games their opening match at Wimbledon completed and other favorites top the tournament – kei nishikori, Marin Cilic, Milos Raonic, David Ferrer and David Goffin going on.

Among the seeded first round was the last for Gael Monfis (17), Kevin Anderson (20), Philip Kohlschreiber (21) and Pablo Cuevas (29).
