50-year-old singer won the title of national artist.
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko ordered to assign the title “people’s artist” singer and teacher of the Kiev national University of culture and arts Victor Pavlik.
The corresponding decree on conferring the title appeared on the website of the presidential Administration on June 28, but dated it the 25th.
Note that since 1999, Victor Pavlik is an honored artist of Ukraine.
