Our lives are filled with debris.
Photographer from France Antoine Rapes published a series of pictures, which showed, in what would become the house rank and file of his contemporaries, if they hadn’t put out the trash for a long time. Thus, he illustrated the volumes of waste that people produce.
The artist hopes his project will make people change their attitude towards garbage. “We often talk about the amount of rubbish we produce, but I think visual representation is more powerful than a thousand words,” says Rapes.
As decoration the master used about 70 cubic meters of debris. They included 1.6 thousand bottles of milk, almost 5 thousand rolls of toilet paper, 800 kg of Newspapers and magazines. All this he collected for four years.
