Markevich is once again trying to leave the “Dnepr”

Маркевич вновь пытается уйти из «Днепра»The head coach “Dnepr” Miron Markevich once again resigned.

On the eve it became known about the possible elimination of “Dnepr”, as the club’s owner Igor Kolomoisky not interested in repaying a large debt (about 23 million euros). Mentor “Dnepr” Miron Markevich denied information about the disappearance of one of the giants of Ukrainian football, but noted that any desire to cooperate with this club he left.

“On Wednesday, at the meeting announced: the club will continue to exist, even planned departure of the team for a training camp abroad. But what will the team — is another question.

Now about the future of “Dnepr” will not think me — I resign. This was stated on the eve of the club.

I see no reason to continue working — especially for free. We live in a civilized world, where to earn an honest living must be given. But to live a whole year in the dark, losing one player after another — in such a big club should not be”, – quotes Markevich “Sport-Express in Ukraine”.

The management of “Dnepr” the first of July, promised to start paying debts. The team will soon depart for overseas training camp.

Information about the improvement of the situation in Dnipro came up to the players – Roman Bezus and Roman Zozulya, who planned to move to “Karabukspor” and PAOK FC respectively, have postponed their transfers.
