On the official website Battlestate Games has announced that they are ready to call the start date of the closed alpha testing. If all goes as it should, it will start on 4 August.
The task list for the alpha, apparently, is standard: to debug a project, make something new, to work and to balance gameplay mechanics. In addition, until August Battlestate will try to show in the stream and videos some fresh gaming opportunities.
