Scientists told how to reduce the risk of stroke through physical activity
Specialists of the University of Texas (USA) found that physical activity helps reduce the risk of stroke by 40 percent.
In order to claim such scientists conducted an experiment with participation of 20 thousand volunteers 45-50 years.
During the experiment, subjects passed a special test on a treadmill. The researchers concluded that training contribute to reducing the risk of stroke by 40 percent. Now experts hope that older people will take into account this fact and will concentrate more on his physical development, so as to protect themselves from possible stroke.
