"Чистка" банковского сектора в России обошлась в триллион рублей

The Agency on insurance of contributions (ASV) has spent on payments to depositors of banks whose licenses were revoked, more than a trillion rubles. This information was first revealed by General Director of state Corporation Yury Isayev of the St. Petersburg international economic forum, RIA Novosti reported.

According to the head of the DIA, only in the beginning of 2016 the payment went 250 billion rubles. The duty of the Corporation to the Bank of Russia is 258 billion rubles.

“Now in the process of liquidation of the Bank 264. The first-priority creditors are satisfied 70% of requirements for banks, the second 18 percent, and the third, which includes all legal entities — 17%,” — said Isayev. However, he noted that in such a situation it is difficult to talk about the spread of Deposit insurance system on a wider range of participants because of the dependence of ASV from the loans of the Bank of Russia.

For two years in Russia was closed every fourth Bank. Thus on the financial health of the rest was spent about a trillion rubles, and the Agency for Deposit insurance has exhausted its funds.
